Hornsby Kuring-gai District Tennis Association (HKDTA) was established to promote tennis within the community. The association organises competitions, coaching, court hire and social events. Hornsby Kuring-gai Tennis Association has around 400 members playing in year-round competitions and tournaments. All standards and ages are catered for.
After an impressive career including Davis Cup finals, a #1 Australian ranking, wins against the best in the world, and 6 Grand Slam titles Kim wanted to give back to the Australian tennis community. In that time KWTA has developed countless top juniors. He now guides a new generation of coaches in doing the same.

The Hot Shots program is broken into 3 distinct stages. The different coloured balls bounce to different heights so that kids can gain mastery over their swing much earlier than the past. Modified courts mean that the environment is tailored to each age group. The age groups are: Red (5-8), Orange (8-10), Green (9-12).
Social runs from 7:30pm to 10:00pm. It’s the perfect way to play tennis, meet other people and improve your game. It’s only $20 for the whole session for non-members and $5 for members. So you have no excuse not to join us and you simply just turn up and play!
